It begins with getting to know them. Through thoughtful conversations, we explore their life history, routines, preferences, and strengths. This foundation builds trust and helps shape a program that feels familiar, safe, and engaging.

As visits continue, the sessions become more meaningful to your loved one because it will be based on their needs & desires. Each visit is created with purpose, supporting emotional well-being and encouraging participation.

These sessions are enriching for your loved one, but they also give you something just as important: space. Whether you use that time to rest, catch up on work, take care of your home, or simply step into one of your many other roles—as a parent, spouse, friend, or professional—you can do so knowing your loved one is safe, engaged, and supported. We are here to help lighten your load, so you can breathe a little easier and live more fully.

Our group sessions are designed to spark creativity, connection, and joy across all levels of care. 

We specialize in music and visual arts programming, developed through a valued partnership with Tidewater Arts Outreach (TAO). This collaboration helped shape our work as a community musician & artist. TAO-supported sessions may be available at reduced cost for qualified partners. 

In addition to arts-based programs, Enriched Moments offers a variety of meaningful group experiences—conversation circles, interactive games, wordplay, trivia, bingo, travel-themed programs, and more. We adapt every session to meet the cognitive and social needs of participants and can also deliver content provided by your team.
